Justin Brownlee is probable for tonight’s game (11PM, Dubai time) against Oil Sports Club-Iraq, according to team management.
The Mighty Sports forward banged his knee after a bad landing during the closing minutes of the Al Wahda Syria game last Tuesday after a successful block against Jordan Adams.
Brownlee had a day-off yesterday but head coach Charles Tiu said their star import is still “banged up and sore” and will be listed as a game-time decision tonight.
Team co-owner Caesar Wongchuking is optimistic that Brownlee will try to play as the game against the Iraqi squad is a “must-win” situation.
